Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rizqtek. If a Product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on all digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"
  3. Include your order ID (found in your receipt email or on the success page after purchase) and the email address used during checkout.

You do not need to provide a reason for the refund, though feedback is always appreciated so we can improve our products.

3. Refund Processing

  • Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your refund request within 1 business day.
  • Processing: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Settlement: The refund will appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Razorpay processes the actual refund transaction.

4. What Happens After a Refund

  • Your download access for the refunded product will be revoked.
  • If you used a coupon code, the coupon usage count will be restored.
  • Your account remains active — refunds do not affect other purchases.

5. What We Cannot Refund

  • Requests after 7 days: Refund requests made more than 7 calendar days after the purchase date cannot be honoured.
  • Abuse: Accounts that show a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds may be flagged. We reserve the right to deny refund requests from accounts engaging in abuse of this policy.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we may contest the chargeback and your account may be suspended. Please contact us first — we are happy to resolve any issue directly.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. All refunds are for the full purchase amount of the specific order.

7. Bundles & Multiple Products

If you purchased multiple products in a single order, the refund applies to the entire order. We cannot refund individual items from a multi-product order.

8. Currency

Refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction (INR). Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund are beyond our control.
