I didn't receive my download link

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us with your order ID or the email address you used during checkout, and we'll resend the download link immediately.

I need more downloads

Each order includes up to 5 downloads. If you've used them all (e.g., due to a device change), email us with your order ID and we'll reset your download count.

I want a refund

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on all purchases. Email us with the subject line "Refund Request — [your order ID]" and we'll process it within 48 hours. See our full Refund Policy for details.

I found an error in a book

We appreciate corrections! Email us with the book title, page/section reference, and the error you found. We'll fix it and send you an updated copy.

Can I suggest a book topic?

Absolutely. We build products based on real demand. If there's a technical topic you'd like us to cover, send us your suggestion. If we pursue it, we may offer you an early-access discount.
